I will add that delivery took too long, i had to chase for an update but i mentioned im unhappy with the timeframe i did feel like action was taken. Totes Luxe should do their best to work on this aspect to ensure the entire journey is good as the bag is GREAT.

Verified Review So impressed with the quality of the bag. Colour is gorgeous, all the gold hardware feels sturdy and makes the bag look and feel more expensive. Comes with a little lock and key, a matching colour tab thing that hides the key and a long strap. Will definitely be purchasing again! I had an issue with it taking a long time to dispatch, but customer services came back to me very quickly and resolved it. Only thing I would prefer if it was delivered in a box as opposed to in a bag. Thankfully mine arrived in perfect condition, but I think it could be damaged more easily in a bag.
